why does my dog...

...eat grass?

...stare?

Is it the "zoomies"?  Are they happy, amped up?  All I know is I've spent endless hours laughing at Wiggie's circling antics. 

...yawn?

My dogs eat everything outside but grass, so I don't find this to be a problem.  But I know a lot of you do! 

...run in circles?

...bare his teeth?

Do you ever yawn just because you don't know what else to do?  (Or is it just me?)   Anyone?  I was also curious if there were ulterior motives in my dogs' yawning, and here's what I found out...

I don't care what anyone says, it doesn't matter if chihuahuas growl and bare their teeth, they still look so hilarious.  (I'm talking to you, Cheeto!)  This is actually one of the more complex dog behaviors. 

Curious about why your dog does certain things?  Let me know and I'll do some investigating. 

Sometimes I can just tell when Wiggie or Winnie are just feeling overwhelmed with love.  But other times, I wonder if they're plotting an overthrow.  Either way, isn't it fun to wonder what they're thinking?  

They're our best friends, but their behavior often stumps us.  Don't worry, I've put on my journalist hat and done some investigating to find out why our dogs do the funny, weird, crazy, confusing, odd, etc. things they do.
